Shipping:
All Neo items are shipped within 48 hrs of your order. Once your credit card is charged, we will process the items for shipping. All items are shipped using express courier such as TNT, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. The courier will take approximately between 5 to 7 days.
The price paid is inclusive of all shipping costs to all countries.
Neo is not responsible for any unforeseen delays caused by the courier company.

Warranty:
All Neo products are sold without warranty. The Phones are all thoroughly pre checked by hand before shipping to ensure that all phones are in complete working condition.
If during your first year of use from time of sale, you find a problem with the device that is not caused by any physical damages, Neo will fix the phone free of charge but the customer has to pay for the shipping of the device to the service center and back.
If during your use of the device you encounter a problem caused by damage such as dropping the phone, cracked screen, water damage, etc, Neo may fix the problem as long as the customer pays for the shipping of the items and charges for new parts.
